Refund policy

Our Products

Because our temporary tattoos are applied directly to the skin, they cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. All sales on opened products are final.

Unopened Items

If your tattoo is still sealed and unused, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original, unopened packaging. Contact us at support@ifulki.com to start a return.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@ifulki.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund : no return needed.

Lost Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking shows no updates, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate your package. If it's confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
